My client is a major force within recruitment and are now looking to take on someone on in their Reading office.

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be based from our clients’ Central Reading office where you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of the UK’s leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a first class graduate with some commercial experience. It is important that you posses polished communication and presentation skills, an open approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 20k with an uncapped OTE of 35k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
